Ausra Cizauskaite

I am (she/her) a social policy researcher specializing in family policy. My areas of expertise include work-life balance, gender policies, early childhood education and care, and social inequality. My research is grounded in quantitative social research methods and supported by professional experience with international organizations and public institutions.

I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Policy from Vilnius University. During my Master's degree, I deepened my knowledge at Utrecht University in the Netherlands. In 2024, I was awarded a PhD in Social Policy from University College Dublin, Ireland. Currently, I work as a Lecturer/ Assistant Professor at the School of Social Policy, Social Justice, and Social Work at University College Dublin.
