Work Experience

  • I have extensive international and cross-institutional experience in researching family policy and other areas of social policy.

  • I deepened my academic knowledge at University College Dublin through doctoral research and teaching. My dissertation examined the role of early childhood education and care by applying the social investment framework at the EU level.

  • I have several years of experience working and collaborating with international organizations, such as the European Commission (EU JRC) and the OECD.

  • I also have long-standing experience as a social policy analyst in the public sector, including work at the Ministry of Social Security and Labour of the Republic of Lithuania.

  • I continuously enhance my expertise by participating in international conferences and professional training programs, having further developed my knowledge in Germany, Belgium, Spain, and the Netherlands.
